You can enjoy fresh seafood prepared in the Provençal style in a beautiful setting at Le Pradeau Plage (Hyères). Or try a very inspired cuisine which takes up the basics of Mediterranean gastronomy revisited. La Bastide (Hyères) offers southern basics such as prawn kebabs accompanied by new flavours such as sweet potato or the surprising camembert with pesto.
